Housekeeper And Organizer

I am a busy single parent who needs a trustworthy, reliable, consistent, and experienced housekeeper. I need this person to be able to do two deep cleans including organizing and sorting through my entire home. Once the system of organization is down, I want this person to come weekly to do general house cleaning and maintenance. I may want this person to sometimes take clothes to the cleaners and pick them up, and other small errands such as this. I need an affordable housekeeper for at least the next year, and possibly going forward.
