Scope of Position:
The Client Sales Manager is responsible for working in a performance based environment. This individual must be a self-starter and have the ability to provide market analysis data, maintain and grow existing accounts. Responsible for developing, qualifying and bidding on new business as well as collaborating with the National Sales Director, VP of Sales, and Regional VP’s.

Responsible for developing, qualifying and bidding on new business as well as collaborating with the National Sales Director, VP of Sales, and Regional VP’s.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow existing accounts
- Ability to work independently to generate new business at the national account level
- Business-to-Business experience, including C-Level experience
- Goal oriented and ambitious
- Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
- Proven customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
- Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience in the staffing industry strongly preferred
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel a 25%
- Minimum of five years of outside Business-to-Business sales experience, with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management
- Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
- Implement sales strategies
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target internal prospects
- Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
- Connect customers' business needs with Malone services
- Cross-sell other Malone Solutions services
- Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory
