Captain D's is growing! We are seeking friendly, cheerful, upbeat, outgoing and professional people to help us fill our needs for Shift Leaders. We have a new location opening soon in the region and therefore being flexible for relocation is a big plus, but not required. We are seeking Shift Leaders for Kingsport, Elizabethton, Bristol, TN and Norton, VA. Opening soon in Abingdon, VA!
Shift Leaders start at $10.00 per hour plus bonus. Our bonus plan is superior to most (paid monthly) earn $100 to $250 monthly. We have medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days with a company contribution to your premiums. We also have life and AD & D insurance as well as meal benefits. We are opening a restaurant this year in the region and we have a development agreement to open three more in the next three years, there will be room for advancement to Assistant Manager!
