Job Expectations:

• Lead, train, and coach all crew members to provide great guest experiences

• Uphold the company’s Vision, Values, and Culture and have a strong passion to serve

• Manage the overall operations of the restaurant

• Maximize sales and restaurant profitability

• Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and developing of crew members

• Fulfill highest level of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation

• Conduct weekly inventory to minimize waste and control costs

 

Experience:

• Restaurant management experience preferred or the equivalent of two years restaurant related work in a casual, family or fine dining restaurant
