Call Center Healthcare Facility seeking an ideal candidate as a Team Lead!

Under general supervision, performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for assigned Operations Manager, which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.

Supervises all non-exempt full time and part time employees. Coordinates workflow in the office for exempt employees. Directs flow of work to and from off-site contractors and other offices.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  1. Implements the workflow and work assignments established by the Operations Manager. Recommends actions and changes to the Operations Manager.
  2. Supervises non-exempt employees, including scheduling work hours, approving leave and evaluating performance.
  3. Coordinates and performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; serves as a liaison with exempt employees and off-site contractors, and other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
  4. Provides administrative/secretarial support for the office such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
  5. Operates personal computer to maintain database records, view reports and monitor employees' use of the database.
  6. Prepares or assists with the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports; performs basic information gathering and analysis and/or forecasting, as specifically directed, and in accordance with pre-established procedures.
  7. Assists Operations Manager in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
  8. Sorts, screens, reviews, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; composes, prepares, or ensures timely responses to a variety of written inquiries.
  9. Leads and trains subordinate staff as required.


Supervises assigned non-exempt employees. Will participate in an advisory capacity to the operations manager in recruiting, hiring and terminating of subordinate staff.
