Our client is looking for qualified candidates for their 30 seat inbound call center in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The position requires the ability to multi-task while taking inbound calls in a fast paced environment. Applicants must have the following experience
MUST HAVES:
- Customer Service (Call center or Retail)
- Data Entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency
SHIFT:
- 10:30AM-7:00PM - M-F
