Warehouse Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of materials and items from receiving or storage areas to Customers or to other designated areas.
Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Assisting in counting of physical inventory
May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

Skills Required:

Must have the ability to apply basic skills and techniques to perform tasks and resolve routine questions and problems.
Must have basic computer skills and data equipment skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules etc.

Qualities Required:

Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with customers, call center, sales team and others
Must have a Valid Driver''s license with less than 2 moving violations

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Expected Results:

Technicians must be at work ready to go at their scheduled start time.
Act professional in appearance and comply with company guidelines.
Refurbish company equipment following Quality Assurance guidelines
Ensure the shop is kept in a clean & organize

Experience Required:

Prior plumbing, electrical, or refrigeration experience preferred

1 year Forklift experience and Pallet Jack certification

Education:

High School or GED
