Do you have atleast 12 Months of Nursing Home or Long Term Care Facility Experience?
If so, Jewish LTR Facility Needs CNAs or LPNs for All Shifts. 7am-3pm, 3p-11pm and 11pm-7am. Facility Located in Bronx / Riverdale Location.
Must have:
- Your resume (please reply to this email with an updated copy of your resume, in Word format, prior to coming in)
- New York State Nurse's Aide Certification (both large and small copies)
- At least two recent professional references
- Two valid forms of identification (original documents) Valid I-9 Documents
- Proof of recent physical within the last 12-months
- Proof of PPD within the last year, or if positive, chest x-ray and results within the last five-years
- Proof of immunization and titers (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella) within the past seven-years, with lab report
