We are looking for a Night Audit  Associate with exceptional customer service skills and a
"Can Do" pleasing attitude with the desire to learn all aspects of the hotel operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Check guests in and out efficiently
Maintain the cash drawer and handle all monetary transactions in accordance to company policy
Ensures that all payment policies are in place
Must have strong working knowledge of all front desk shifts
Must have previous hotel front desk experience
Must be familiar with the local area and be able to give directions and recommendations

Complete the night audit

Set up breakfast each morning

Address any maintenance issues

This hotel is part of the Pinnacle Hotel Management Company portfolio and currently has over 30 hotels across the United States.

Physical Requirements - All Candidates must have the following abilities:
Bend at the waist
Reach over the head
Stand for long periods of time
Walk three flights of stairs
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
