About this job

* This position is accountable for the ongoing support and installation of all In-Store system computers and related technology together with the support of all office computer systems. * In addition to scheduling and completing the installation of system upgrades this position is accountable for documenting support procedures, policies, activities thru educating and instruction of company personal with the operation, utilization and maintenance of all computer systems.
* Remote support trouble shooting of system errors and problems as reported by store/office personal; ongoing corrective action and monitoring of computer software and hardware in the company.
* Provide computer preventative maintenance.
