Resident Care Assistant - Personal Care - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities include:

 

Assisting Residents with ADL's as necessary (including dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming)

 

Helping other Team Members to complete assignments. 

 

Assisting with Therapeutic Recreation programs, and transportation needs. 

 

Administering medications.

 

Ensuring that Residents' nutritional needs are met.  Offers evening snack to residents.

 

Documenting Resident care appropriately

 

Maintaining Resident records in appropriate manner.

 

Notifying pharmacy of need for medication refills.

Assures weekly labs are completed.

 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)or active registry status on the PA Nurse Aide Registry.  Care experience is preferred; excellent customer service skills required.
