POSITION OBJECTIVE

Supervise activities related to operation and guest services programs such as resort facilities, guests check-in and check-out process, concierge, rentals, and customer relation.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

Oversees the day to day operation of the front desk

Assists with MOD shifts as required.

Assists with managing and compiling of the schedule

Directs coaches and manages the Front Desk team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to

Assists with the inspection of VIP rooms and with the greeting of VIP guests

When required will assist with Guest Resolution

Assists with coaching and Counseling when needed

Attendants the train the trainer program if not already completed to become a certified departmental trainer

Will be responsible for the training and on boarding of all new colleagues to ensure that all standards are being adhered too.
 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 yrs hotel experience in a front of house position.

Knowledge of Opera, Micros and HOTSOS, is not required but desirable.

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is not required but desirable.

 

REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk’ use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see differences in widths and length of lines such as those on graphs.
