Our client located near Woodbury, NY is seeking Customer Service Representatives!
Hours: 9am - 6pm or 11am - 8pm
Flexibility to work a Saturday during the month would be a PLUS! Will have Sunday and one week day off if you are to work a Saturday when needed.
Will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls
Data entry
Providing excellent customer service
Problem resolution
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent professional and friendly phone demeanor
Pay rate: $13.00 per hour
