About this job

Executing food preparation for Zaxby's shifts.  Shift begins at 7:00am.

Following Zaxby's Food safety, sanitation policies and procedures.

Executing all Zaxby's food safety protocols.

Washing and peeling ingredients for Kitchen use.

Portioning out appetizers and proteins according to Zaxby's specifications.

Keeping track of Zaxby's food quantities and ensuring there are always enough products for the restaurant shift(s).

Storing ingredients in dedicated containers.

Cleaning and sanitizing working surfaces, tools, utensils and working area according to Zaxby's protocols and standards.

Ensuring stored ingredients are kept at appropriate temperatures and hold times.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to follow recipes. Applicant must self motivated and flexible.

Able to work in a high paced environment.

Job typically requires you to work alone.  You must also be able to lift upwards of 30lbs or more.  The job also requires you to be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
