About this job

A local company has an opening for a administrative assistant at thier facility in Phoenix, AZ. The candidate must have adminstrative or office clerical experience, preferably with 1 to 2 years. Also ability to demonstrate good organizational, customer service and telephone communications skills in a customer service or administrative position. Attendance and reliability is extreemly important. Responsibilities include collecting and disseminating documents, and handling issues related to settlement, A/R, and A/P. Basic computer skills required. Filing, scanning and light data entry will also be required.
