Host/Hostess - Part-time

We are now hiring a Host/Hostess!

Welcome, Greet and Assist the Guests.  Assist families with children, senior citizens and large groups. Assist the guests with the Menu. Be sure to maintain cleanliness of the Dining Room, Salsa Bar and Rest Rooms at all times.  If tables are in short supply and traffic is heavy- assist the guests by directing them to a table. Table touch by checking and making sure every guest has utensils, napkins and condiments. Make sure the every guest feels welcomed.  Invite them to come back.  Handle customers complaints.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer Service Oriented
• Bilingual is a plus
• Energetic
• Outspoken
• Courteous
• Friendly
• Detail oriented
• Must have good verbal English communication skill.

The ability to Speak Spanish is NOT required.  Bilingual a plus
