What we're looking for: Account Executive

Many amazing teams have experienced the value of Calendly firsthand, and have organically grown into 100+ seat accounts. Now, we're seeking an ambitious sales rep to help us take the next big step: actively sourcing and acquiring additional large-scale clients.

Our ideal candidate will understand our customers' business objectives, and will effectively guide and nurture them throughout the entire sales cycle. This person must have outstanding communication skills and be eager to own the full process--from prospecting to qualifying to nurturing to closing. This will include:

  • Ongoing research and prospecting
  • Daily cold-calling and emailing
  • Scheduling and running product demos
  • Fostering new relationships for Calendly through outbound efforts
  • Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Initiating, negotiating and closing new deals

 

Who we're looking for: the person

You're an amazing fit if you:

  • Have exceptional people and communication skills
  • Thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Are hungry and want to make a direct, tangible impact on a rapidly growing product and company
  • Are comfortable experimenting and quickly switching gears

On top of that, the following would be very useful:

  • 1-3 years proven full cycle sales experience at a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience managing a pipeline
  • CRM management experience
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to self-direct
  • Experience identifying buying trends and signals, and using those to develop a repeatable process
