Call Center and Customer Service Openings!

Location: Indianapolis and Surrounding Areas

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • 1+ year experience in a healthcare setting (insurance providers, hospitals, doctor's office, third party call centers, etc.)
  • Compter proficiency; Must have experience working with 4+ systems and able to toggle screens, work with multiple software, Microsoft Office, emails, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication is a MUST

Description:

  • Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
  • Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Required to meet department goals.
