Catering Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Keep up with Monkey Media (accept new orders, making changes)
- Check delivery fees before sent to the Home Office
- Make sure all necessary materials are on hand at all times
- Set up/deliver caterings
- Assign available delivery drivers
- Make sure catering bags/coolers are clean and maintained
- Update drivers on all changes with caterings and/or delivery
- Market twice a week
- Follow up calls to new customers
- Train new Drivers
- All duties for which Catering Drivers are responsible
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to comprehend complex directions to specific physical locations.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and other employees.
- Must have a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers and decimals.
- Ability to compute change.
