About this job

Under direct supervision is responsible for executing residential and/or multiple dwelling unit sales activities within an assigned local territory, and for the achievement of assigned residential and/or MDU revenue goals and quotas. Works with residential customers, and/or residents of MDU complexes, to sell the benefits and features of new products, services and programs. Coordinates orders and documentation required for accurate and timely turn up of accounts. Reviews and evaluates market research and ratings data. Prepares regular sales activities reports. Creates and maintains an up-to-date client and prospect database. Serves as a public relations representative and image builder to residents. Carries out sales activities to residential and/or MDU customers within an assigned territory. Responsible for the achievement of assigned revenue goals and quotas. Independently resolves problems and roadblocks as they occur, anticipating and preventing many. Carries out sales cycle independently with regular guidance from sales management. Work is reviewed by management against sales goals. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
