Job Duties:
Inbound call center. Accept calls from members and answer inquiries ranging from account information to billing/benefits explanation. High volume of incoming calls.
Qualifications:
2+ years in a customer service/call center environment
Prior experience in insurnace a plus but not required
$13/hr - $17/hr, full time, permanent positions
