About this job
Express Employment is looking reliable and responsible Substitute Teachers for temporary assignments for a Charter School. The shifts are typically7:45 am - 3:30 pm and will pay $13.00/hr.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Associates Degree
Leadership Skills
Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities Include:
Follow all policies, rules and procedures to which regular teachers are subject and which good teaching practice dictates.
Remain in assigned classroom until all students have been dismissed for the day.
Assume responsibility for overseeing student behavior in class and surrounding areas.
Review with principal or designee, all plans, duties and schedules to be followed during the teaching day, teaches the outlined lesson, maintains as fully as possible he established routines and procedures of the school and classroom to which he/she is assigned.
Complete evaluation at the end of the day, check out with authorized personnel prior to leaving at the end of the day.
