About this job
Architectural Drafter/Surveyor opening for a nation-wide, multi-site design and program management firm.
Will be responsible for conducting site surveys on the interiors/exteriors of commercial retail locations, uploading data and pictures for each site, and utilizing AutoCAD to complete any necessary modifications.
This position will require 50% (regional/local) travel: one week spent traveling to client sites to conduct surveys, with the following week spent uploading data and drafting in AutoCAD. All travel expenses will be covered by employer.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience conducting site surveys for commercial buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to read blueprints, create and modify construction documents
