About this job

Our client is seeking customer service representatives to support a Medicare part D program supporting a variety of healthcare clients.

  • This program will require candidates to answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls to support prescription medication orders.
  • Candidates will handle between 75-100 calls per day, all inbound calls.
  • This position will require multi-tasking: handling calls while performing data entry ( verification of patient demographics, explanation of benefits etc. ) and toggling between screens.

Candidate MUST be comfortable working in a call center environment.

1+ years of customer service experience
