Bilingual Marketing Trainer Position for a Life Insurance Company
SUMMARY:
Responsible for training sales associates in a classroom environment. Stays in regular communication with the field to answer product and sales related questions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the training programs for all the Sales force (at the academy or abroad)
- Coordinates Citizens Training Academy and home office visits and related travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update training material with current information
- Assist the International Marketing Manager in the development of new Sales tools and Materials.
- Coordinate with different departments to inform about current procedures to sales force in a timely manner.
- Establish constant communication with the to keep the sales force up-to-date with company's processes
- Provide guidance to the Independent Consultants(IC) in the development of their business.
- Help with the associate's needs in regards to product Knowledge or procedures
- Supervises administrative function of home office in absence of International Marketing Manager.
- Monitors document translation to and from English/Portuguese/Spanish/Mandarin (i.e. sales forms, newsletters, web site, correspondence, training materials, e-mail).
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Castillian Spanish
- Associates or Bachelors degree in business, marketing, international relations
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Preferred, life insurance background
**Position requires 25-30 weeks of travel to Lake Buchanan, but the home office is located North Austin.
