The Taco Truck is a fast-paced, fast-growing, fast-casual Mexican restaurant currently seeking new Shift Leaders for our brand new location at King of Prussia Mall. Starting in 2009 as a single truck, we continue to grow, operating restaurant locations across the northeast, and bringing authentic flavors to our guests using the best ingredients in our burritos, tortas, and of course, the millions of tacos we serve each year.
About You
Shift Manager is an entry level management position. This position may open or close the restaurant, and makes management decisions in the absence of the GM. Shift Managers are an integral part of the management team that operates our TTT Restaurants
Position Responsibilities
- Train new hires
- Cross-training of employees
- Ensure highest quality food standards
- Daily reporting
- Opening and Closing
- Daily cash management and deposits
- Nightly inventory counts
Position Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- At least 2 years prior customer service or restaurant experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
