Meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, transportation, light housekeeping, mental stimulation, moral support, and Personal Care- Bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfer, and assistance with ambulation.
The following credentials must be up to date in order to register with us:
-CNA License or Home Health Aid Certificate(must be from a state accredited school) -CPR- Must be Healthcare Provider or BLS -HIV/AIDs Training CEU - Within the last 2 years -Physical and Negative TB Test/Chest X-Ray-Within the last 6 months(x-ray good for 1 year) -L2 Background Screening -Own Reliable Transportation -Vehicle Insurance (must be listed as a driver)
