Our Amazing Lead Teachers:
- Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards
- Sustain an open line of communication with parents discussing all topics related to the growth and development of their child
- Maintain a classroom that is clean and organized.
We are most interested in speaking with applicants that have:
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development (preferred, not required)
- A proven track record of caring and nurturing children
- Reached the age of 18
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
