Mechanic
Staffmark is looking for qualified mechanic to work on machinery and heavey equipment (front end loaders, etc.) in the Doswell, VA area. This position is a direct hire with great benefits. This position is an immediate start! Pay is based on experience.
Maintains equipment, tools, and supplies for ensuring their availability and proper working condition
- Ensures safety procedures are followed at all times, and emphasize the use of lock out tag out, and proper PPE is used when welding/grinding, etc
-Trouble shoot any mechanical issues quickly
-Own all the necessary tools needed to make major or minor repairs and be able to use to necessary tools
- Inspect heavy machinery for ensuring that components are in safe working condition
- Make necessary repairs as safely and quickly as possible
-Other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor or Plant Management
