Electrical Drafter - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking an Electrical Drafter to work for the largest environmental consulting company in the United States:

A candidates responsibilities will include electrical and I&C conceptual through detailed design development, equipment layout, Process and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), development of contract drawings using 2D and 3D design approaches, BIM design, bid package preparation, field investigations, and support during construction. This person will primarily be working on the industrial electrical and control systems of water/waste water projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate required.
- Completion of 2 year vocational training with an emphases on AutoCAD and REVIT visualization tools
- Minimum of 1 year production experience in 3D/BIM design with experience in 3D modeling workflows is a plus
- Knowledge in 3D modeling and drawing production and associated workflows
- Knowledge in using REVIT and Navisworks
- Good technical skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts both visually and verbally
- High level of verbal communication and strong writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to use standard computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Candidate should be a self-starter, results-oriented
