Lead strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Deployment Lead to coordinate and support users, customers, members that need to be moved to the strategic clinical suite of tools. Deployment lead determine the operational readiness time frames, coordinate operational staffing needs, create migration schedules, strategies for quality assurance measures and lead others in the organization through a thoughtful and meaningful adoption of the strategic clinical platform. Developing business plans, business deployment strategies, post go-live audit strategies and status updates for assessment by Regional / Senior Leadership is required. Manage deployment support team that will guide end user communities during transition to new platform.

You'll investigate non-standard business requests and problems, makes presentations to operational leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure user deployments are completed on time and within scope. Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:
Create an effective go-live experience for the program team and migrating users, managing readiness activities, leading command center operations, and driving closure to go-live support execution
Engaging and working with program leads to understand deployment support needs and expectations
Defining and Implementing a deployment support model that meets program needs, including the coordination of resources, processes, tools, logistics & communications
Managing issue resolution with focus on driving issues to closure, identifying and leveraging key triage resources, escalating and collaborating with others teams as needed
Managing the project plan, ensuring to timelines are met, managing dependencies and producing status reports
Develops and implements contingency and recovery plans when deliverables are missed (e.g., identify critical path, document plan for getting back on plan schedule, communication plan, etc)
Owns complex problem resolution, critically analyzing options, preparing and delivering recommendations, and executing on decisions
Matures and improves processes, with focus on creating “off the shelf†documentation, while continuously improving the process
Maintains operational excellence, preserving the reputation of quality and execution while supporting emerging needs for program support and personal development
Prepares and delivers effective communication, both verbal and written, to various levels of leadership

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
BA / BS degree
3+ years of project management experience; tracking and planning projects across a matrix team, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
3+ years of business analysis experience analyzing and solving complex problems
2+ years of experience documenting and gaining stakeholder approval on scope definition, project charters and business requirements
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Visio
PMP Certification
Six Sigma or Equivalent Certification
Clinical background
System development lifecycle experience
Experience with Project Management and project scope definition in a standard SDLC and Agile environments
