Construction Estimator - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: Construction Estimator

Client Objective: The Construction Estimator is responsible for communicating with clients and company to provide a thorough estimate for the build/rebuild of the property. The estimator will be able to determine the cost and potential duration of the project, identify risk items, be well versed in construction practices in a commercial and residential environment. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1.

Prepare estimates including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor and other miscellaneous costs for residential and commercial losses.

Presentation of estimate to customers and insurance adjusters to secure new business.

3.

Maintain quality service by following organizational SOP

4.

Maintain continuity among departments, insurance companies, and local work teams by documenting communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs on your assignments.

Build and/or strengthen business relationships with current and new clients to ensure future business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

1.

Construction Estimating experience in residential or commercial, specifically in flooring and concrete finishing

2.

Proficiency in common construction formulas and calculations.

3.

Ability to communicate both written and oral with a high level of accuracy.

4.

Ability to multi-task and estimate multiple projects simultaneously.

 Pay Rate:   $17.00-$20.00/hr. DOE and Skills

Shift/Hours: To be discussed. Typically M-F 8am-5pm, but depending on project and customer needs.
