The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for effectively answering inbound calls and responding to customer requests regarding their credit card.
Job Duties:
-Responsible for daily inbound customer service calls
-Educate customers regarding credit card accounts, statements and activation of account
-Maintain accuracy and efficiency while entering in information
-Establish good customer service relations with cardholders
-Verify and update all information for customers accounts
-Request account changes
-Explain procedures and policies on disputed items and other issues
-Assist cardholders with the necessary steps to resolve the problem
-Perform additional duties as required
