We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Shift Lead Part Time and Full Time.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Six months experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
- Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of employees a plus
- Experience coaching and training other employees a plus
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
