Controls Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Controls Engineer opportunity in the Hopkinsville, KY area. This position will be programming on PLC & Robotic equipment using Allen Bradley SLC5/500/5000 software, Fanuc & Motoman robotics. Using ContolLogix 5000.

Job Description:
-Ensure that all robots, PLC's, and peripheral equipment are operating properly.
-Control, document, validate, and manage change to existing processes.
-Conduct time studies for the purpose of productivity improvement and process validation.
-Work closely with the maintenance department to determine priorities for project implementation or resource needs.
-Assist machine repair with any troubleshooting, diagnostics, or repair tasks on automated equipment.
-Ensure that the documentation, parameters and programs are kept current.
-Work with support coordinators to insure accuracy of all process control sheets.
-Work daily with all shifts improve efficiency's, productivity, and up time.
