The Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for performing all retail and cashier activities in the Gift Shop, and provides courteous customer service.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior retail/ sales experience required. Demonstrated understanding of and ability to use a cash register, telephone, and credit card/price machine. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated experience dealing effectively with customers; excellent people and customer service skills.
This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
