Responsible for performing comprehensive and problem focused history and physical exams, interpret and correlate laboratory and diagnostic procedures, formulate a treatment plan, implement therapeutic intervention for specific conditions when appropriate for patients in clinic settings.
Education Requirements: Masters in Nursing with a nurse practitioner degree, must be licensed CRNP in Kentucky.
Experience: (preferred but not required) 1-5 years working as a nurse practitioner in clinic setting.
