About this job
Safeguard the company's assets and the customers' safety in their assigned areas
Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain company safety standards
Repair of slots and gaming related equipment
Perform general maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing procedures
Installation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines as directed by management
Perform predetermined tests and checks on specific machines to establish causes for identified problems as reported by management or slot floor personnel, i.e. excessive hopper fills, etc.
Perform all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations
Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines
Promote outstanding guest relations
Perform all other assigned duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum 2 years' experience in technical background in repair of slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, in English
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand and walk 70% of the workday, frequently changing from sitting to standing.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
