About this job

Location: Based out of our Riverside location (4030 Tyler St. Riverside, CA 92503), but will need to travel to work across the different locations.

 


SUMMARY OF SERVICE PROVIDED:
 

Work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment, assisting the company in two main venues: supporting and assisting offices, and marketing promotion. Must be prepared to be flexible and adapt to assist in covering the different offices as the operations of the business requires it. When not covering offices, will be responsible for multiple marketing promotion duties within the marketing team’s requirements and plan. Will report directly to the Marketing Team Leader, but will have to coordinate with the different Office Team Leaders in order to accomplish the company’s goal. It is a full-time except position that requires full availability during the week based on a variable schedule, flexible availability and willingness to drive throughout Southern California. Could work days during weekend if needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Strong social, presentation, and verbal skills are a must. Must have experience in service. Having financial services background and/or marketing promotion are pluses. Bilingual (Spanish and English both written and speaking) is required. Proactive, honest, enjoys accountability, energetic, driven, passionate, responsible, goal-oriented, good communicator, entrepreneurial spirit, and persistent. A clean background is required as we will be performing a background check (driving record as well). Must have own car, open availability, be willing to work during the weekends and certain Holidays, and travel for work on a weekly basis. The typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm, but could be modified. GPS will be installed in car.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
 

  1. Assist the Offices by covering as needed (vacation or sick days).
  2. Provide outstanding customer service at all times to prospects or existing customers.  
  3. Lead and manage the Office’s operations when covering.
  4. Perform other daily duties of each office when covering.
  5. Prospect from the different available sources in order to bring prospects into the offices.
  6. Deliver supplies across the different offices.

 

  1. Develop new and maintain the existing partners that are in the areas surrounding the offices.
  2. Train, develop, and service new and existing partners.
  3. Replenish the partners with marketing materials.
  4. Pre-order marketing and advertising material from CFS with anticipation.
  5. Attend different events (periodically or ad-hoc) in order to promote the company.
  6. Hand-out flyers in different venues.
  7. Assist the Offices as needed with special projects in order to drive more business in.

 

  1. Attend necessary trainings.
  2. Have a weekly 1-1 on meeting with the Marketing Team Lead.
  3. Assist with paperwork and other administrative duties as needed.
  4. Represent CFS in an excellent way at all time.
  5. Follow CFS’ systems and processes.
  6. Understand and live by CFS’ values.
  7. Contribute to the bottom-line of the company by always trying to increase efficiency in internal processes.
