1st Shift Position (7:45a.m. – 4:30p.m.)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Optimize all product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
- Create new product listing based on preselected products.
- Implement daily site maintenance; correcting product descriptions, product images, and new product posting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all imports and research.
- Capture, identify, modify, and rename image files in accordance with established guidelines.
- Create, edit, and modify Excel spreadsheets for export/modification in multiple formats.
- Consolidate and clean data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Assist in day to day functions as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience working in eCommerce marketplaces
- Ability to maintain high level of organization with excellent attention to detail
- Strong research skills
- Tech savvy with superior PC/Internet/Software/Excel Skills
- Typing must exceed 55wpm
- Aptitude for time management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in eCommerce (creating and listing new products)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Basic photo editing
- Must be able to demonstrate excel knowledge and typing speed, as a test will be administered
