Job purpose

The role of the Customer Relationship Manager is to develop and maintain relationships between our internal departments and external customers. He or she will be working in a fast-paced environment with talented and motivated colleagues, helping the Leadership Team with the most pressing business challenges. This candidate must have a proven track-record for business development, building long term client relationships, and meeting sales and revenue goals.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
  • Work with all internal departments to ensure that all services are executed according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high quality
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Negotiate contract renewal, draft reports, and provide progress analysis
  • Monitor and provide support on the implementation of service agreements
  • Work proactively with our established customer base, to ensure retention of the current relationship and contract(s)
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding services
  • Perform such other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned

Qualifications

  • Possess and maintain a valid Driver License issued by a U.S. State or Territory.
  • Ability to manage external and internal business priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
