Store Team Leader

            EDUCATION:

            High School Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE:

            Minimum of 5 years related job experience in retail management

            Knowledge of organizational dynamics

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supervision of an assistant store team leader, 6-7 department heads, and 50-70 team members.  Numbers vary depending on store location.
