About this job
The Parikh Network is looking for two individuals that are self-starters, effective at working independently with little supervision. Must communicate clearly, accurately and professionally with colleagues, and clients; verbal and written. Proficient with Excel spreadsheets and word documents, some data entry. .
Supports areas including, but not limited to:
-Daily maintenance of personnel files - entering new hires, terms, personnel changes, benefit information, compensation, performance reviews, etc.
-Deliver support for benefits administration, orientation, new hire paperwork
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
-Ability to multi task, retrieve phone messages, schedule appointments
- Manage databases, including data entry and imports
-Assist with the preparation of work orders, purchase order requests, and check requests for construction projects
-Communicate project updates and tasks as required.
-Assist with tracking and coordinating construction deliverables.
-Coordination of training and meetings, including food and beverage arrangements.
Education Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum
