POSITION SUMMARY

Performs direct and indirect care in collaboration with team leaders including, but not limited to LPNs, RNs, Charge Nurse, Adult Day Program, Assisted Living and Home Health services.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience in a relevant field (3 yrs +)

* Graduate of accredited certification course

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience working in a senior community preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS

* CO Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
