As the Health Care Economics Analyst, you will design and develop reports and analyze data to measure clinical outcomes, network performance and methodology levers. You will investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and health care costs data. Along with your team, you will identify potential areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide on-demand analysis and reporting on key business issues in support of company Clinical, Financial, Operational, and Quality performance measurement and operations, as well state regulatory reporting requirements
Engage in reporting and analysis projects by contributing to report requirement gathering, development, and documentation
Design and deploy key dashboards and analytic tools for self-service analysis and research
Maintain and update automated processes within company reporting platforms

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of work experience in a corporate setting
At least an intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.
Basic level of proficiency with SQL programming
Basic level of proficiency in performing data analytics with Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy or Tableau
1+ years of corporate financial or operational reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of health care industry reporting experience
