Manage trading operations for Family Office


Train and mentored administrative staff


Vendor and IT negotiation and management


Provide executive-level administrative and personal support to Principal


Manage domestic staff and complete operation and management of three properties in Aspen, New York City, and Southampton


Provide resource management in both the homes and office


Manage Board member relationships of Principal


Coordinate complex and spontaneous family and office calendars to optimize Principal's critical business needs


Organize family meals and special nutritional needs


Compose business and personal correspondence


Assist Principal in setting up family office


Managed personal, and often spontaneous, travel including private aviation complete with door-to-door itineraries


Execute equity trades for Principal, including settlement, portfolio margin, cash management and reporting duties


Implement a task management system

Requirements

Must have 7-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant for a high level executive. Must be a college graduate with an excellent presentation.
