Cafe Supervisor

The Cafe Supervisor is responsible for complete operations of the store including supervision of the staff.  You will create schedules, assign tasks, as well as make sure that the cafe is running at 100%. You will assist any employee that needs help with his/her job. You will have a passion for serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service to our customers.  As a leader and role model, you will set the tone for the fun, family environment in our cafes.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.

• Oversee execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and standards.

• Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for team members.

• Enforce company cash handling and accountability processes and perform manager functions on register.

• Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, complete periodic inventory count of all cafe products.

• Place daily and weekly food and beverage orders with vendors and commissary.

• Administrate check-in of external and internal vendors according to procedures.

• Exhibit a working knowledge of store equipment and ensure facility and store conditions meet established standards.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to work 35 - 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri, except holidays

• MUST have Restaurant or Cafe/QSR Experience

• Previous supervisory experience

• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment food service preferred

• Highly motivated.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide superior service.
