Monitor PC screen of automated systems, use hand tools, calipers, micrometers as necessary. May need to help troubleshoot.

��� Able to operate and achieve the given target in a complex process under supervision.
��� Able to troubleshoot individually for fairly simple machine problems
Executing periodic and regular maintenance individually to stabilize the machine.
��� Able to troubleshoot under supervision for complex machine problems.
��� Conducts performance testing as required. Insures that product/part conforms to all required specifications. Able to meet and maintain company quality standards.
��� Ability to read/use microscopes, digital calipers & ruler. Be able to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
��� Maintains a clean and safe work area 5s.

Must be able to perform precise weight measurements and manage time. Perform daily, operational, routine and periodic maintenance checks. Recording and inspection on equipment including cleaning, checking and adding fluids as needed. Perform quality checks using microscopes, micrometer, measuring devices, digital voltmeter (optional), calipers, ruler and other related devices.��

Must be able to lift 50lb. Ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, squat, tolerate prolonged standing/walking, balance, bend from trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects. Must be able to lift 50lb ingredient buckets. Must be able to work up to 12 hour shifts.��
