Duties: *Responsible to maintain Process Flow Diagram and work instructions for the mass production process. *Create and Develop investment projects to improve machine performance *Lead and manage applicable projects *Coordinate with maintenance department for the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and tooling to ensure they are performing safely and correctly, while achieving optimal up-time and efficiencies *Practicing and implementing lean manufacturing techniques and developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output *Providing process documentation and operating instructions *Providing floor support, coaching, training, and qualification for operators.
