Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Department: Call Center
Hours: Consumer Service Department is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Mon-Sun. No one will be required to work 6 AM-7 PM, but must be available Mon-Sun. Overtime as needed.

Job Description:
-These individuals will interact with Nintendo consumers of all ages over the phone to assist with technical support questions regarding Nintendo products and services.
-Answering questions in Spanish and English to provide technical assistance to users experiencing problems with setup, Wi-Fi connection, networking issues, inoperative games or systems, etc…
-Answering questions in Spanish and English regarding specific products and services.
-Document and forward consumer comments, and record feedback.
Requirements:
*Fluent in both English and Spanish
*Ability to use the computer to do research
*Strong technical skills
*Knowledge of how to set up a Wi-Fi network and connection issues
*Strong typing skills
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to multitask
*Good listening and questioning skills
*Ability to lean and apply technical concepts
*Ability to summarize a discussion
*Ability to follow instructions
*Schedule flexibility is a must
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*Have a high school diploma or equivalent
*Have reliable transportation
*Authorized to work in the U.S.
*Consent to and able to pass a drug screen and background check
